One Region Roadmap: Opportunities for All is an economic recovery and resiliency plan that will define a healthy Charleston region and produce real solutions with measurable results. It is the next evolution of the One Region Strategy launched in 2016, and begins a new strategic planning and public input process informed by leaders like yourself from across the tri-county region.
This Roadmap — built on action and outcomes — will outline a pathway to economic security, stability and opportunities for all in our region. It also represents the most comprehensive coalition of business, government, academic, nonprofit, and community leaders in our three-county region’s modern history – and is being led by One Region stakeholders BCDCOG, Charleston Metro Chamber, Charleston Regional Development Alliance, along with the public and private sectors of our community.
The One Region Roadmap Opening Workshop provided an in-depth review of stakeholders’ role in the planning process before breaking into listening sessions to gather insight into individual experiences with the COVID-19 economic recovery.
