Mercedes-Benz Vans opens training facility; looking to hire 200 people
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – Mercedes-Benz Vans officially opened its new training facility that will train new hires to build commercialized sprinter vans and continues hiring for 2019.
The new 30,000 sq. ft. space is home to state of the art technology that will train new team members to build Mercedes-Benz sprinter vans before hitting the production line.
“This will provide great job opportunities for the citizens of Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester County,” Tim Hardee, President of South Carolina Technical College System.
