Industrial spec building open for tenants in Summerville
Construction has been completed on a 136,500-square-foot industrial speculative building at the Charleston Trade Center in Summerville.
Frampton Construction Co. LLC in Ladson recently finished work on the project for The Keith Corp., a privately held developer headquartered in Charlotte. Keith owns and develops industrial, warehouse and other commercial properties.
Several Class A industrial buildings have come on the market this year in the Charleston region, including several in the Summerville market.
