Exeter plans speculative buildings in Camp Hall
Camp Hall Commerce Park, a Berkeley County industrial park that houses Volvo Cars, has secured a second tenant.
Exeter Property Group bought a 77-acre tract within the site and plans to build a logistics park with three speculative buildings totaling 945,000 square feet of space for industrial, bulk warehouse and distribution tenants.
Santee Cooper owns the nearly 7,000-acre industrial park located off exit 187 along Interstate 26. The Volvo Cars automotive campus sits on 1,600 acres within the commerce park.
