One Region’s Lead Agent for Transporation and Transit Infrastructure, the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments, has been awarded $1.2M, for Phase 3 of the Lowcountry Rapid Transit’s, Transit-oriented Development study that will be used to develop a “strategic affordable housing blueprint.”
